Life on a Caturaday

I was thinking about how I could help people stay positive during this pandemic and drew scenarios with cats doing things. I began drawing the cat with the laptop, and then drew outsiders and then the yoga cat and then the tree cats, and other scenes.

For this one, I decided that the “cram all the colors in” approach has been fun, but it was time to try a limited color palette. I chose orange and blue, mostly because there were fruits, presumably oranges, and cats, which can be orange, and blue went well with that. The amount of small detail was insane-- it took me a while to remember to color everything!!! And I think I got it.
