Are these mushrooms

I have no idea why I never watched Adventure Time before. You can see the inspiration in p much every part of the lineart this time-- the snakes, the little lumps in the big mushroom, the eyes on everything… The mushrooms themselves were the product of laziness genius.

When I saw this lineart, I was like damn what could this lineart be influenced from? At first, I was thinking of Studio Ghibli art because what else could have such a cute influence? But, it turns out my friend was watching Adventure times and I was like ohhh so that was why there was a sword and these organic like mushroom-looking structures.
